Space for these workshops is limited and spots cannot be reserved without full payment. Once payment is received then your spot in the workshop is considered reserved. This is a very popular workshop and usually fills up quickly. Due to the extensive planning and purchasing that is required for this workshop, refunds cannot be issued past the registration deadline date. After that date, if you find that you are unable to attend, you are more than welcome to send someone else in your place.

If a refund is requested prior to the registration deadline, one will be issued less a $10 processing fee.

monthly meal prep workshop

Come join us in The Wellness Kitchen with your friends and a favorite bottle of wine while you assemble six (6) whole-food, plant-based, organic, allergen-friendly, freezer meals that your family will love.

All of this for as little as $4-$5 per serving! Each meal serves 4-6 people. All of the recipes, food, spices, utensils and bags are provided. The only thing you bring is your cooler so you can store your meal bags until you get home.

NOTE: PRICES INCLUDE ALL TAXES.

The decision to purchase from us is a decision to change a life. We pledge that every month, for every client that preps meals through any of our programs, we will donate meals to feed a child for an entire day.
